(SportsNetwork.com) - The Memphis Grizzlies halted a four-game losing streak last time out, but will face a tough test Tuesday night when they host the defending champion San Antonio Spurs. Memphis endured its first four-game losing streak in more than a year, but ended the slide on Saturday night with a 103-95 road victory over the Miami Heat. Mike Conley scored 24 points and led the Grizzlies, followed by Marc Gasol, who had a productive game, scoring 22 points with 10 rebounds to help Memphis to its third road win in its last four. When you are on a losing streak, its easy to find excuses, but I thought that we worked extra hard and gave the extra effort to pull away from the losing streak, Gasol said. Beno Udrih and Tayshaun Prince went for 11 and 10 points, respectively, for Memphis, which played without Zach Randolph (knee) for a fourth straight game. Randolph is listed as questionable for Tuesday. The Grizzlies went on a four-game losing streak after a thrilling, triple- overtime victory over the Spurs almost two weeks ago. Memphis prevailed in that one, 117-116, in San Antonio, based on great play from Randolph. He scored all six Grizzlies points in the third extra session and finished with 21 points and 21 rebounds. The Spurs havent been great recently, thanks, in part to the triple-overtime loss to the Grizzlies. San Antonio dropped another triple-overtime heartbreaker two days after the Memphis loss and has dropped six of its last eight. On Sunday, the Spurs won in a great back-and-forth game against the Houston Rockets, 110-106, in Alamo City. In a game that featured 13 ties and 20 lead changes, the Spurs came out on top thanks to Danny Green, who led San Antonio with 24 points and added five steals to help the Spurs snap a two-game losing streak. Tim Duncan added 16 points and eight rebounds. Manu Ginobili chipped in 15 points off the bench and Cory Joseph scored 14 on 6-of-9 shooting. We didnt play well down the stretch. We made a whole bunch of mistakes, said Duncan. We got a win here, and hopefully that points us in the right direction. San Antonio hit 21-of-24 shots from the free throw line while the Rockets made just 18-of-31 as they lost their two-game winning streak. With the Spurs down four with eight minutes left, Ginobili responded with a reverse layup at the other end of the floor, and that began a 15-0 Spurs run to give them breathing room for the first time in the game. The run was capped by Patty Mills hitting a layup following a Joseph steal. The Rockets had one more run left in them. Over the next four minutes, Houston outscored San Antonio 15-6 to cut its deficit to two points with 12 seconds remaining. After Trevor Arizas contested 3-pointer to make it a 108-106 game, Green made both of his free throws with 10 seconds left. Ariza missed a triple on the following possession to end the game. Tony Parker missed the game with a left hamstring injury and is out on Tuesday. Head coach Gregg Popovich updated his status, saying theres swelling, but Parker should be back soon. Including the 2013 playoffs, the Spurs had won nine straight against the Grizzlies prior to Memphis win on Dec. 17. San Antonio has won five straight in Memphis. Darcy Tucker Jersey .
