ZURICH, Switzerland -- Former FIFA international relations director Jerome Champagne has confirmed his plan to challenge Sepp Blatter for the presidency next year. Champagne writes on his campaign website that he informed FIFAs election supervisor, Domenico Scala, of his decision.
